Vista Equity Puts Up $1B For Security Software Co. Websense

Law360, New York (May 20, 2013, 3:22 PM EDT) -- Vista Equity Partners LLC will absorb cyberattack protection and anti-theft software firm Websense Inc. in a $1 billion go-private deal that gives the San Francisco investment firm a substantial boost in the lucrative security software sector, it said Monday.
