Former Battery Maker A123 Gets OK For Liquidation Plan

Law360, Wilmington (May 20, 2013, 6:41 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Delaware gave the green light Monday for the liquidation plan for the bankrupt battery maker formerly known as A123 Systems Inc., allowing the company to repay all of its secured creditors in full with some money left over for unsecured creditors.
