Anti-War Journalists Demand Details Of FBI Surveillance

Law360, New York (May 22, 2013, 3:05 PM EDT) -- Two California journalists demanded that the Federal Bureau of Investigation turn over details of its “threat assessment” investigation of their online foreign policy magazine on Tuesday, claiming the agency has ignored their Freedom of Information Act requests.
