2nd Circ. Skeptical Of Cab Drivers' Suit Over Use Of GPS Data

Law360, New York (May 22, 2013, 7:53 PM EDT) -- Second Circuit judges on Wednesday expressed skepticism about a class action aimed at blocking New York City’s use of GPS data in taxi-related prosecutions, questioning whether the case suffers from a technical problem.
