3rd Circ. Affirms Westport Win In Malpractice Coverage Row

Law360, Philadelphia (May 22, 2013, 7:42 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Wednesday found that Westport Insurance Co. did not have to defend and indemnify an attorney sued for malpractice in New Jersey state court, agreeing that coverage was barred under his policy’s interrelated acts provision due to related claims raised in a separate action.
