Time Warner Accused Of Stiffing Workers On OT

Law360, Los Angeles (May 23, 2013, 10:29 PM EDT) -- A former Time Warner Cable Inc. call center employee filed a putative class action against the telecommunications giant Tuesday in California court, claiming the company has failed to pay employees proper overtime rates and wages they were owed upon termination.

Steacy Trinidad Santos is accusing Time Warner and several subsidiaries of violating the California Labor Code during the time she worked in various capacities at the company’s call centers and stores from March 2010 until her termination in May.
