Diomed Denied Bid To Hold Cos. In Contempt

Law360, New York (January 16, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has rejected a bid by Diomed Holding Inc. to hold two companies in contempt for continuing to sell a product that could be used with another device that was found to infringe on Diomed's patent.
