Liberty Property Drops $133.5M On DC Office Building

Law360, New York (May 23, 2013, 1:38 PM EDT) -- Pennsylvania-based Liberty Property Trust has scooped up a Washington, D.C., office building and new development rights from a Hines fund for $133.5 million, giving the trust an opportunity to expand the property, according to a Thursday statement.
