MoFo Eyes Singapore For FCPA Practice Growth

Law360, New York (May 23, 2013, 3:44 PM EDT) -- Morrison & Foerster LLP has shifted a top Foreign Corrupt Practices Act partner to Singapore to expand its anti-corruption and bribery expertise for clients in the so-called Association of Southeast Asian Nations, the firm said Monday.

Daniel P. Levison, a MoFo litigation partner, will move to Singapore after 12 years in the firm's Tokyo office, the firm said.
