Terrafina Buys $600M Mexican Portfolio From Kimco JV

Law360, Los Angeles (May 23, 2013, 6:26 PM EDT) -- Shopping center owner and operator Kimco Realty Corp. and joint venture partner American Industries have agreed to sell a Mexican industrial portfolio of properties to Mexican real estate investment trust Terrafina for approximately $600 million, the companies announced Thursday.

The portfolio consists of 87 properties totaling about 11 million square feet that are occupied by a diverse range of multinational tenants.
