Nokia Files ITC Complaint Against HTC In Global Patent Row

Law360, New York (May 24, 2013, 2:27 PM EDT) -- Nokia Corp. filed a second complaint Thursday against HTC Corp. in the U.S. International Trade Commission, alleging the Taiwanese smartphone maker has infringed six of its patents.

The complaint was the Finish handset maker's latest salvo in its global litigation battle against HTC and the second lawsuit Nokia has filed against its competitor this week. Nokia asserted three additional patents against HTC on Thursday in a lawsuit filed concurrently in California federal court.
