Deals Rumor Mill: Valeant, Google, Suntory

Law360, New York (May 24, 2013, 1:36 PM EDT) -- Eye care product company Bausch & Lomb Inc. is closing in on a deal to sell itself to Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc. for $9 billion, according to a Friday report from the Wall Street Journal. The deal would be a landmark purchase for Valeant, which shelved plans in April to buy another drugmaker, Actavis Inc.
