Ex-AIG Boss May Still Have To Pay For Scam, NY Says

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 6:18 PM EDT) -- New York's attorney general can still squeeze money out of American International Group Inc.'s former CEO even though a federal class action settlement prompted the state to withdraw its own damages claim, a state prosecutor told New York's highest court Tuesday.
