Coda Defends White & Case’s Role In Ch. 11 Proceedings

Law360, Wilmington (May 28, 2013, 4:03 PM ET) -- Coda Holdings Inc., said Tuesday there is no problem with White & Case LLP representing the company during its Chapter 11 process despite objections from the U.S. Trustee's Office over a partner at the firm recently holding an executive position with the bankrupt electric carmaker.
