Citizens Tells 7th Circ. Health Grant Should Be Reinstated

Law360, Chicago (May 28, 2013, 3:29 PM EDT) -- A lawyer for health clinic operator Citizens Health Corp. told the Seventh Circuit on Tuesday that its co-applicant for a Public Health Service Act grant breached their contract when it relinquished the financial award, and that the grant should be restored.
