Trump-Brand Developer's Ch. 11 Plan Hits Snag

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 7:11 PM ET) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Tuesday put off ruling on the prepackaged Chapter 11 plan for the developer of a Trump hotel in Panama, saying he needs more proof that the company won't end up back in bankruptcy in a year or two.
