Android Makers, RPX Didn't Form Conspiracy, Judge Hears

Law360, San Francisco (May 28, 2013, 9:53 PM EDT) -- Android phone makers HTC Corp., Samsung Electronics Co. and Motorola Mobility Inc. and patent aggregator RPX Corp. urged a California federal judge Tuesday to toss allegations they improperly conspired to refuse patent licenses, arguing that plaintiff Cascades Computer Innovation LLC has failed to plausibly allege a conspiracy.
