NJ Justices Won't Lift Injunction On Affordable Housing Funds

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 2:08 PM ET) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to upend an injunction that currently blocks the state from taking some $140 million from municipal affordable housing trust funds.
