Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 5:16 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Wednesday ordered three Brazilian exporters to turn over evidence used to estimate their lost profits resulting from an alleged scheme among U.S. ferrosilicon producers to dupe trade regulators into imposing duties on the metal.
