Despite ACA Rule, Wellness Plans Still Await Word From EEOC

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 7:29 PM EDT) -- Though business interests clamored for leeway to provide richer rewards in workplace wellness programs, federal regulators this week went about as far as they could in allowing more incentives, given that the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission still hasn't explained what level of financial compensation it considers acceptable under nondiscrimination laws, experts said Thursday.
