Fla. Firms, Deutsche Bank Settle Tobacco Payouts Dispute

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 4:18 PM EDT) -- An Ohio federal judge agreed Thursday to dismiss claims launched by five Florida law firms and litigation funding entities against Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas over millions of dollars in disputed tobacco liability settlement payments, saying they have reached an agreement.
