Valerus Wants Ex-Exec's Stock Redemption Row Arbitrated

Law360, Houston (May 30, 2013, 5:04 PM EDT) -- Valerus Compression Services LP told a Texas appeals court Tuesday that a former exec should be forced to arbitrate his claim that he is being unfairly deprived of his stock in the company because of a noncompete agreement he signed.
