Utilities Take FCC Pole Charge Fight To Supreme Court

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 5:25 PM EDT) -- Electric utilities including American Electric Power Co. Inc. last week asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a February decision by the D.C. Circuit that allowed the Federal Communications Commission to cap what utility pole owners can charge certain telephone companies.
