Alorica Wants Workers' Law Firms DQ'd For Libel, Conflict

Law360, Los Angeles (May 30, 2013, 10:03 PM ET) -- Call center operator Alorica Inc. on Thursday asked a California federal judge to disqualify two law firms representing former employees in a wage-and-hour collective action, saying one firm had libeled Alorica and the other firm’s involvement in a similar suit creates a conflict of interest.
