White House Renews Call To Cap Contractor Salaries

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 7:33 PM EDT) -- The White House's budget office on Thursday renewed its call for a lowered cap on contractor salaries, introducing a new legislative proposal that would prevent the government from paying any contractor executive more than the salary of the president.
