Cablevision Seeks To Halt NLRB Case Over Quorum Fight

Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 3:28 PM ET) -- Cablevision Systems Corp. on Thursday asked the D.C. Circuit to halt the National Labor Relations Board's prosecution of unfair labor practice cases against it, saying the NLRB lacks authority to act in light of court rulings invalidating the president's recess appointments to the board.
