Pa. Prison Guards Seek $226M From Health Benefits Trust

Law360, Philadelphia (May 31, 2013, 3:40 PM ET) -- Four union officials serving as members of a Pennsylvania state trust set up to pay health benefits for public employees filed suit against their colleagues Thursday seeking to recoup $226 million diverted from the fund as part of a 2009 deal orchestrated by former Gov. Ed Rendell.
