EEOC Asks 7th Circ. Whether Conciliation Can Be Reviewed

Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 5:05 PM ET) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Thursday asked the Seventh Circuit to determine whether the agency's conciliation efforts are subject to judicial review in an appeal stemming from a lawsuit accusing Mach Mining LLC of bias against women in hiring.
