Trial Of Baseball Star Delays KPMG Insider Trading Plea

Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 1:59 PM EDT) -- A formal insider trading plea by former KPMG LLP partner Scott London has been delayed until June 17 while his attorney represents former Major League Baseball player Milton Bradley in a domestic abuse trial, according to a Wednesday court filing.

London struck a plea agreement Tuesday on claims he leaked confidential information about KPMG clients in exchange for bribes. He was scheduled to appear in Los Angeles federal court on Thursday for a post-indictment arraignment on one count of securities fraud.
