CMS Finalizes Small-Business ACA Exchange Rule

Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 5:12 PM ET) -- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on Friday issued a final rule laying out its Affordable Care Act-mandated insurance exchanges for small businesses, saying the rule would make it both simpler and more affordable for businesses to make coverage available to their employees.
