State, Federal NECC Tort Cases To Join Meningitis MDL

Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 7:25 PM ET) -- A Massachusetts federal court on Friday agreed to assert jurisdiction in multidistrict litigation over all pending federal and state court personal injury tort and wrongful death suits against New England Compounding Center arising from a nationwide meningitis outbreak that drove the company into bankruptcy.
