Gov't Worker Age Bias Claims Must Use ADEA, Justices Told

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 4:05 PM EDT) -- Illinois' attorney general on Monday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to rule that government employees must bring age discrimination claims through the processes established under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act rather than directly suing under the equal protection clause.
