Websense Investor Says Board Rushed Into $1B Vista Deal

Law360, New York (June 3, 2013, 2:23 PM EDT) -- A disgruntled Websense Inc. investor mounted a class action against the company in Delaware on Friday in a bid to derail Vista Equity Partners LLC’s $1 billion go-private acquisition of the anti-theft software firm, saying the board rushed into accepting a deal below fair value.
