Law360, Dallas (June 3, 2013, 10:42 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday ordered two Houston-area doctors convicted of defrauding public and private insurers in a decadelong false billing scheme to pay $37.6 million in restitution, after the Fifth Circuit remanded the case on the restitution issue, the U.S. Department of Justice said.
