DOI Approves 520 MW In Solar, Geothermal Projects

Law360, New York (June 3, 2013, 6:52 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior on Monday approved three renewable energy projects in Arizona and Nevada providing a total of up to 520 megawatts in capacity, saying the projects reflected the Obama administration's commitment to responsible energy production on public lands.
