Supreme Court Takes Three New Employment Cases

Law360, New York (January 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court gave a green light to three more employment cases on Friday: an ERISA dispute, an age discrimination dispute and a case involving terminations that came in the wake of an internal sexual harassment probe.

The nation's highest court granted certiorari in MetLife et al. v. Glenn, Meacham et al. v. Knolls Atomic Power Laboratories et al., and Crawford v. Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tenn.
