NLRB Judge Sinks MasTec Arbitration Policy Despite Opt-Out

Law360, New York (June 4, 2013, 4:15 PM EDT) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge on Monday found that MasTec Services Co. Inc.'s policy requiring employees to individually arbitrate employment disputes ran afoul of federal labor law despite a provision giving workers the chance to opt out.
