Alston & Bird Conflict Gets It Booted From Patent Row

Law360, Los Angeles (June 4, 2013, 9:20 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday disqualified Alston & Bird LLP from representing Cooler Master Inc. and LSI Logic Corp. in their patent infringement battle with heat sink maker Malico Inc., saying the firm had a conflict because it had represented Malico in the past.
