Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 5:45 PM EDT) -- Texas-based Summit Midstream Partners LP has acquired natural gas gathering assets in the Bakken and Marcellus shale plays for $460 million and will issue $300 million in new debt, the General Electric Co.- and Energy Capital Partners LLC-backed energy company said Wednesday.
