Alleged 'Rebecca' Fraudster Gets Bail

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 5:42 PM EDT) -- A judge on Wednesday granted bail to a former stockbroker who allegedly defrauded a real estate company and the producers of the Broadway musical “Rebecca,” agreeing to release him provided he signs a $3 million bond and meets other conditions.

U.S. District Judge John G. Koeltl approved Mark Hotton’s bail request at a hearing in Manhattan.
