Texas Drone Bill Shouldn't Be Model For States, EFF Says

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 7:50 PM EDT) -- The Electronic Frontier Foundation on Monday pushed more than three dozen states considering legislation to restrict domestic drone use to avoid copying a bill recently sent to the Texas governor, which the group claims fails to include adequate privacy or free speech protections.
