Apple Can't Add Galaxy S4 Phone To IP Suit, Samsung Says

Law360, Los Angeles (June 5, 2013, 4:14 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. cannot disrupt its patent infringement suit against Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. to add the company’s newest smartphone, the Galaxy S4, to the complaint, Samsung told a California federal judge on Tuesday.
