County's Lawyers Removed From Clayton Homes Fraud Suit

Law360, Houston (June 5, 2013, 10:33 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Wednesday removed a pair of attorneys representing a South Texas county from litigation against a manufactured home seller allegedly involved in a fraudulent financing scheme, because the county attorney who hired the lawyers had once represented the company.
