Retailers Agree To Drop Samsung From CRT Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (June 6, 2013, 4:35 PM EDT) -- Several retailers, including Best Buy Co. Inc. and Target Corp., have agreed to release Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. from cases rolled into multidistrict antitrust litigation over an alleged cathode ray tube price-fixing conspiracy, according to a filing Wednesday in California federal court.
