NY High Court Affirms NYC's Outer Borough Taxi Plan

Law360, New York (June 6, 2013, 3:34 PM EDT) -- New York’s highest court on Thursday affirmed the constitutionality of a law allowing New York City officials to deploy a new fleet of taxicabs in the boroughs outside Manhattan, saying state lawmakers didn’t undercut the cities’ legislative autonomy in passing the law.
