Pigment Co. Says NJ Must Help Cover $79M Cleanup Costs

Law360, New York (June 06, 2013, 7:09 PM ET) -- Lead pigment maker NL Industries Inc. on Wednesday sued dozens of public and private entities ranging from New Jersey to General Motors Co. to spread the cost of a $79 million federal cleanup at the Raritan Bay Slag Superfund site in Old Bridge and Sayreville, N.J.
