Donziger Must Reveal Bribery Evidence In $19B Chevron Fight

Law360, New York (June 6, 2013, 7:33 PM EDT) -- A New York judge Thursday ordered attorney Steven Donziger to turn over undisclosed evidence supporting bribery allegations against Chevron Corp. in the ugly fight over a $19 billion Amazon pollution judgment, saying failure to do so may result in its preclusion from the dispute.
