Highway Technologies Seeks To Sell Off Branches For $5M

Law360, New York (June 6, 2013, 8:52 PM ET) -- Highway Technologies Inc. on Wednesday asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge to approve agreements to sell two of its branches for about $5.25 million, as part of the defunct traffic safety firm's efforts to wind down its business after a soured sale brought its operations to a halt.
