CORRECTED: Madoff Trustee Rips Judge Over Merkin Deal

Law360, New York (June 07, 2013, 7:15 PM ET) -- The trustee recovering money for the estate of convicted Ponzi schemer Bernard Madoff told the Second Circuit on Thursday that a federal judge exercised an “abuse of discretion” by not blocking a $410 million settlement between New York's attorney general and a prime Madoff feeder fund.
