Flector FCA Suit Short On Evidence, Pfizer Unit Says

Law360, New York (June 10, 2013, 1:47 PM EDT) -- A Pfizer Inc. unit on Friday asked a Maryland federal judge for a second time to dismiss a whistleblower False Claims Act suit accusing it of misbranding its Flector painkiller patch and paying kickbacks to doctors for prescriptions, saying the plaintiff still hadn't shown any actual false claims.
